Professor Guo Zhiguang, the Dean of School of Material Science and Engineering. He has obtained the key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Outstanding Youth Science Foundation. He is currently the chairman of the Youth Committee of the International Society for Bionic Engineering and the director of the Chinese Society of Tribology. He has published more than 500 academic papers in national and international journals such as Chem. Soc. Rev., JACS, Adv. Mater. and Tribology Journal, etc., with more than 17,000 SCI citations and an H-factor of 70. Highly Cited Scholar 2018-2020. He was awarded the Maple Leaf Prize of Wenshi in 2014 and the First Prize of Natural Science of Gansu Province in 2014, the Young Scholar Award of Tribology and the Second Prize of National Natural Science of China in 2015, the Distinguished Youth Award of the International Society for Bionanotechnology in 2016, the Young Scientific and Technological Achievement Award of the Society of Mechanical Engineers in 2017, the First Prize of Natural Science of Gansu Province in 2018, and Nanoscale in 2020. Horizons & Materials Horizons 2019 Outstanding Paper Award.

个人简介： 郭志光，院长、教授、博士生导师，国际仿生工程学会Fellow，国家级人才入选者，团队负责人。主持承担国家自然科学基金重点项目、优秀青年科学基金项目等。现任国际仿生工程学会青年委员会主任委员和中国摩擦学学会理事。在Chem. Soc. Rev., JACS, Adv. Mater.和摩擦学学报等国内外刊物发表学术论文450余篇，SCI引用17000多次，H因子70。2018-2020年高被引学者。现任Bio-design and Manufacturing 和Journal of Bionic Engineering副主编，兼任Friction、Chem. Lett.、Biosurface and Biotribology、摩擦学学报等杂志编委。2014年获温诗铸枫叶奖和甘肃省自然科学一等奖，2015年获摩擦学青年学者奖和国家自然科学二等奖，2016年获国际仿生工程学会杰出青年奖，2017年获机械工程学会青年科技成就奖，2018年获甘肃省自然科学一等奖，2020年获Nanoscale Horizons & Materials Horizons 2019 年度卓越论文奖。
