张清风,湖北省“楚天学子”、湖北省杰出青基金项目及湖北省优秀博士学位论文获得者、同济大学优秀出站博士后(排名年度第一)。2012年博士毕业于华中科技大学,之后分别在同济大学和美国内布拉斯加大学林肯分校从事博士后研究工作,2016年加入湖北大学材料科学与工程学院,2020年获评教授。主持国家自然科学基金项目3项、湖北省自然科学基金重点项目及中国博士后基金特等资助等省部级项目4项。以第一或通讯作者在Acta. Mater., Chem. Eng. J.和J. Mater. Chem. A等国际著名期刊发表SCI论文50余篇。在新型铁电半导体复合型钙钛矿太阳能电池及光电探测器和高性能介电电容器的研制方面取得了一系列的研究成果。同时团队也与香港理工大学、清华大学、北京大学、华中科技大学、武汉大学等知名高校的相关课题组有着广泛和深入合作。近三年每年都有学生到国内知名高校攻读博士研究生。
Qingfeng Zhang, Chu-Tian Scholar of Hubei Province, outstanding doctoral dissertation winner of Hubei Province, outstanding postdoctoral fellow of Tongji University (ranking first). He received his Ph.D. degree in Microelectronics and Solid State Electronics (supervised by Professor Shenglin Jiang) from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China, in 2012. From March 2012 to February 2014, he worked with Professor Tongqing Yang as a Postdoc in Tongji University, on electric field induced strain and energy storage properties of antiferroelectric materials. Afterwards, he joined Professor Jinsong Huang’s solar-cell group at University of Nebraska Lincoln, Lincoln, USA, working on ferroelectric photovoltaic effect. Since 2016, he has been working at School of Materials Science and Engineering, Hubei University, China and became an professor in 2020. Zhang's main research areas include ferroelectric-semiconductor composite solar cell and photodetector, and high-performance dielectric capacitors. He has so far published more than 50 papers in SCI journals including Acta. Mater., Chem. Eng. J.、J. Mater. Chem. A as the first or corresponding authors. He has been granted 3 projects from the National Natural Science Foundation of China and 3 post-doctoral projects. He has extensive and in-depth cooperation with related research groups of Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Tsinghua University, Peking University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan University and other well-known Universities. In the past three years, every year, there are students to study for doctoral degree in well-known Universities in China.
